Can I import my existing Wilcom designs?
Yes. StitchKit reads all common embroidery formats including DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, XXX, PEC, HUS, VIP, and JEF+. Open your existing Wilcom .EMB exports as DST, edit, and re-export to any format.
Does the Cost/Quote estimator integrate with my invoicing?
Cost/Quote produces a branded PDF you can attach to invoices or send standalone. Direct accounting integrations (QuickBooks, Xero) are on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
What happens if a customer rejects the approval link?
You get a notification with their comments. Make the revision, send a new link in 1 click — same URL is versioned so the customer always sees the latest preview.
How does AI Copilot help an agency?
Drop a customer-provided PNG logo → AI converts to embroidery-ready stitches with proper underlay and direction. Saves 20-30 minutes per logo on simple jobs.
How does the free trial work?
7 days completely free. We collect your payment method at checkout but don't charge it during the trial. Cancel any time in the first 7 days from your account — no charge. After day 7, you're billed for your tier ($49/$79/$149 monthly — founding price locked for life) and the subscription continues normally. EU/UK statutory 14-day right of withdrawal also applies after the first paid charge.
