Lettering

StitchKit's Letterer converts text to stitches via SkiaSharp font rasterization, then applies one of four fill modes.

Fill modes

• Outline — traces the contour. Lightweight, good for text-on-fabric labels.
• Tatami — horizontal scan-line zigzag. Standard fill, adjustable spacing.
• Satin — perpendicular zigzag along medial axis. Premium look for monograms.
• Motif — tile pattern (dot, leaf, cross). Decorative fills for borders.

Font support

System fonts (any installed .ttf or .otf) plus Brother BX (.bx) embroidery fonts.

Monogram wizard

Tools → Monogram Wizard lets you pick a 2- or 3-letter layout, drop letters, and the wizard handles spacing, scale, and stitch order.
