Cost & Quote Estimator

Turn stitch count + your hourly rate + materials into a customer-ready quote. PDF export, price block injection into the Approval Link, or printable estimate.

Set up your rates

Settings → Rates Profile — fill once, reuse for every quote:

• Stitch rate — price per 1,000 stitches (e.g. $1.50/1k)
• Digitizing fee — flat per design (e.g. $35)
• Hourly rate — for hooping, color changes, finishing
• Minimum order — order floor
• Tax / VAT % — applied to subtotal
• Currency — USD, EUR, GBP, TRY, etc.

You can save multiple profiles (e.g. "Bulk wholesale", "Single retail") and pick per-quote.

Generate a quote

With a design open: File → Quote… opens the estimator. It pre-fills stitch count + thread color count from the active file. Enter quantity + add line items (hooping time, color changes, garment markup) and the estimator shows:

• Subtotal
• Tax
• Total per piece + Total order

Export

• PDF — clean one-page estimate with your studio name + logo
• Copy to clipboard — drop into an email
• Inject into Approval Link — the price block appears at the top of the customer's approval page, so the design + the price land in one place

Notes

Stitch count is the count for the active design. If your customer's order is 50 pieces, set the quantity field — the estimator multiplies the per-stitch cost across all pieces.
