Customer Approval Link
Send a customer a web link to approve your design before you stitch it out. They click, see a 3D preview + thread breakdown, leave comments, and approve or request changes — no account needed.
Send a link
File → Share → Approval Link… opens the order context form:
- Quantity — pieces being stitched
- Garment + color — what the design lands on
- Placement + size — chest, sleeve, back; in mm or in
- Due date — surfaced at the top of the approval page
Fill what's relevant, leave the rest blank. Click Send to get a shareable URL, or E-posta gönder to send it directly to the customer's inbox.
What the customer sees
A read-only page at stitchkit-approve.mavenwright.com/<token>:
- Design preview (rotates, zooms)
- Order context you entered
- Thread/color count + estimated stitches
- Approve / Request changes buttons
- Comment box
The link is single-design. Each design gets its own token.
Designer notifications
When the customer responds, you get:
- A native banner inside StitchKit (Mac/Windows tray)
- An optional email notification (Account → Preferences → Email me when…)
The customer's comment + their approve/reject decision shows in the design's ⋯ → Onay durumu panel.
Pricing in the link
If you want the customer to see a price quote on the approval page, use the Cost/Quote Estimator — its price block injects into the same link automatically.
